Booking

You can now only buy tickets online, in advance.

Refunds

Ticket money is refunded after an error (like an accidental double booking) or if the event is cancelled.  We will no longer be issuing refunds for non-attendance related to ill-health, but will be happy to issue a credit voucher for another production. You can contact the box office via our contact us page, or reply to your booking confirmation.

Concessions

We do not offer concessions for all performances, but where they are available they apply to anyone of the following people:

• The over 60s
• Full-time students
• Anyone not in full-time employment

Group Bookings

We welcome large groups to The QMT. For every 10 tickets you book for the same performance you can get 1 free ticket. Please email the box office via our contact us page.

Theatre Tokens

Sorry, we can not accept theatre tokens at the current time. But you can purchase QMT Theatre Vouchers, which can be redeemed for any of our productions.
